FourSight: Individual and Team Creative-Thinking Preferences (approximately two hours)
Through this workshop participants gain insight into their individual thinking preferences within the creative process, recognize both the strengths and potential blind spots associated with their unique creative-thinking profile, and develop empathy and appreciation when working with those who have different creative-thinking profiles from their own.
Creative Problem Solving: Introduction (one day program)
This introductory workshop allows participants to develop an appreciation for the importance of creative thinking as a 21st century skill, improve their capacity to engage in creative thinking by learning to balance the judicial and imaginative parts of their brain, and to learn and apply basic tools for improved creative problem solving.
Creative Problem Solving: Advanced Tools and Practice (two/three day program)
Through this advanced workshop participants will learn and apply some basic principles and tools for improved creative problem solving; learn and apply a range of Creative Problem-Solving tools designed to enhance problem clarification, idea generation, solution development, and implementation; practice fundamentals of creative thinking in a safe learning environment in a way that directly impacts and improves participants creativity skills and attitudes; and they will experience the ways in which Creative Problem Solving enhances team collaboration.
Creative Leadership: Basics (one-day foundation program)
This workshop helps participants recognize the fact that creative thinking and creative problem solving are 21st century leadership skills; gain insight into their individual thinking preferences within the creative process and develop empathy for those who have different preferences; and learn and apply fundamental principles and methods designed to enhance creative-thinking capabilities.
Creative Leadership: Advanced Program for Leadership Development (series of four one-day modules)
Through this advanced workshop participants understand the essential role creativity and creative problem solving play in leadership success; they develop the creative mindset that will enable them to be more effective as leaders and they learn to apply cognitive strategies that will increase confidence and competence in addressing opportunities and challenges. They also enhance their emotional intelligence through an increased awareness of their own creative-thinking style, as well as the style of others.
